CFP....here i'm

Hubby got a couple of very good job offers in his hand...enough to cover up my annual ctc too....which basically also entails relocating....frankly, i've changed houses 10 times in as many years of married life....am not too keen on uprooting the kids ...they've only just settled into a routine here....but going to kerala may be a good idea 'cause -

• change of markets for me should infuse enthu in my worklife
• which means more satisfied me
• kids learn paternal language
• closer to grand parents on that side
• hopefully better quality of life
• my own house !!! am tired of staying in rented acco for so many yrs now
• we've seen a very good house, and almost finalised the same...its on the riverfront !!!
• i may get a transfer....maybe not....eitherways, except for the money factor, nothing holds me to this job

But hubby himself is not deciding....in terms of , he's stretching the negotiations a little too far i feel...the new co. has promised to payup for his notice period and offered him a good 30% hike in ctc....but our man is also claiming pli loss...i.e. performance linked incentive loss !!

as a result, i have no clue where i'll be this time next mnth...add to tht i've kids' schools to think of...cope with having to say bye to mom ...meet up with my relatives and friends here b4 i go....AND I HAVE TO CLEAR A CHALLENGER CFP IN THE MEANTIME !!! ...GOD BLESS US :-)
